What SplitBooks keeps.

SFinder Incorporated publishes SplitBooks. This page covers the books, receipts, drives, and bank lines the owner puts in the app. It is not a tax filing service.

Who we are

SplitBooks is the product. SFinder Incorporated is the publisher. Contact [email protected]. The site is https://splitbooks.ai.

What we collect

Account email and password. The password is handled by the login service. We do not see the bank password.

Company names, transactions, invoices, receipt photos, and notes you type.

Drive data if you turn auto trips on: start, end, miles, and the company you assign. Personal drives are not posted to a company.

Bank lines if you connect a bank. Plaid shows the bank login. SplitBooks receives the transactions you can accept. The bank access token stays on the server, not in the phone app.

Subscription status if you pay. The card number stays at Stripe. We store the plan and whether it is active.

What we do with it

We use it to show you that company’s books, flag possible records for your CPA, and run the plan you chose. We do not sell the data. We do not use it for ads. We do not file a tax return.

Who else holds it

Supabase stores the account and the books. Cloudflare serves the site. Plaid connects the bank. Stripe takes the card. Apple distributes the iPhone app. Those companies process the data only to provide that piece.

How long we keep it

Company records stay until you delete them or ask us to delete the account. A canceled plan does not by itself erase the books. Bank tokens are removed when you disconnect the bank or delete the account.

Your requests

Email [email protected] from the account email to see, correct, or delete the login and the books. Deletion removes the account, companies, transactions, receipts, drives, and bank connection we store. A copy already sent to your CPA is yours to handle.

Children

SplitBooks is for business owners. It is not for children under 16.
